Today begins Term 2. You have the opportunity to make a fresh start. What will you do to make your learning experience better? Will you work more diligently? Will you start using your agenda? Will you organize your time more efficiently so you are not rushing to complete assignments at the last minute?
Week of November 7. Friday is Veteran's Day - no school on Friday.
In Study Lab, students will have the opportunity to work on History homework. Also, English homework (two free-writes a week) are due on Thursday this week. Use your time during Study Lab to complete these. Remember, a free-write can be about anything. Don't let these bog you down. If you have a complaint, something that excites you, an interesting observation, or whatever comes to mind......write about it!
In Algebra, we are starting Chapter 3. This week, we will have a quiz on Thursday. The topics that the quiz will cover are:
~Rational Numbers
~Adding and Subtracting Rational Numbers
~Mean, Median, Mode, and Range
