This week in Study Lab, students will have the opportunity to study for an upcoming History quiz. We will use open notes and play a quiz game during class. The quiz will take place in History class on Tuesday. Students area also expected to continue work on their Science poster project. Please bring it with you to Study Lab if you would like to work on it. Also, in English, we are continuing work on the short story A Sound of Thunder. We will be learning new vocabulary words this week. Please make sure your log books are up to date - with free writes and the daily work within them.
In Basic Algebra, we will be starting adding and subtracting equations - Chapter 3. Monday and Tuesday, we will be learning about equations and how to isolate a variable to solve equations. There will be homework on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday (since it is a shortened period), we will be doing a Thanksgiving math activity.
