I hope everyone had a nice weekend. The weather was beautiful and summer-like, don't you think? Only a few short weeks until we can enjoy weather like that on a full-time basis. Until then, we all need to focus and keep our thoughts to the work we still need to do.
This week........
BASIC ENGLISH:
We will be reading To Kill a Mockingbird this week. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I will be proctoring MCAS, so you will be working on some vocabulary exercises. The rest of the week, we will be reading and discussing the book.
BASIC ALGEBRA:
We will be continuing to learn about powers and exponents. There will be a QUIZ at the end of the week. After that, we will begin to review for the final exam.
STUDY SKILLS:
Keep up the great work of staying focused and doing what you are supposed to do! Good job!
REMEMBER:
~Homework hall is Tuesday after school in room 218
~If you need a math lab pass to use during your direct study, see me
~I will be after school on Monday and Wednesday
~This is the last week of Fit Club (Tuesday and Thursday)
