This week.......
We are re-learning Chapter 4 Section 6 - variables on both sides of the equation. Make sure you all PAY ATTENTION as I am handing out a second set of notes and we will spend more time practicing these problems in class. Remember, with this type of problem there's only ONE MORE step than you are used to (this concept is not foreign to you). Last week, the results of the quiz was rather dismal and most of you complained that you didn't know how to do it or had never seen it before. We spent all of last week learning, reviewing and practicing this. Therefore, we will be having another quiz on THURSDAY. I hope the results are better the second time around. I know you can do it! Remember: focus, hard work, organization and asking questions will help you get though when you are stuck.
