This week.....
BASIC ALGEBRA:
We will be getting back in the swing of the school routine. I will be going over the classroom expectations and requirements. Please make sure you take the time to read this handout with your parents and have them sign it. Return to me by Wednesday September 11.
We'll be reviewing algebra vocabulary and practicing algebraic expressions and equations. Your first HOMEWORK will be on Thursday - Study Guide 1-1
STUDY SKILLS:
I will be reviewing the set of classroom expectations. Please go over this handout with your parents/guardians and have them sign and return to me by Wednesday 9/11. This year, you will be required to use your agenda. You are also required to use a 2" 3 ring binder along with two dividers. Please see me if you need assistance with getting materials for school.
I am after school most days for extra help, but my designated stay after day is TUESDAY. Please speak to me and make arrangements if you would like to stay another day.

Make sure you GET INVOLVED your Freshman year. Becoming a part of something early will help ease your transition into PSHS and help you become a happier and more successful student. There are TONS of clubs and organizations that you can be a part of. Ask me if there's anything that sparks your interest!
