Five days until the Christmas vacation. I will expect students to remain focused and I will be teaching all week long. I know this is a difficult time for many, so please talk to me if you are having a hard time remaining focused or getting your work done. I will do everything I can to help you, but you must do your part too!
BASIC ENGLISH:
We will be finishing up our "Sanctuary" drawings and pulling a minimum of 5 quotes from the first page and a half. We will be starting Chapter 1 and answering questions from the chapter using embedded quotes (a skill we learned last term). Hopefully, we will be able to start the movie before vacation starts.
HOMEWORK -
Monday - finish up your drawings and quotes if you didn't finish in class
There will probably be other homework on the embedded quotes if you do not finish the work in class.
BASIC ALGEBRA:
We will be reviewing Multi-Step Equations. We will be having a short quiz on Thursday! Make sure you stay after school this week if you need extra help! I will be here MONDAY and TUESDAY.

Tuesday - Skills Practice 4-5 #10-18
Wednesday - Study for Quiz
