Spring has definitely sprung!! With the beautiful weather FINALLY making an appearance in our area, it might be difficult to concentrate throughout this term. Remember, you have 8.5 more weeks left of the term.
This week......
BASIC ENGLISH:
We will be finishing up the fill in the blank notes for Romeo and Juliet. On Monday, we will go over the prologue to the play and translate it to modern English. We will take a look at it on my iPad. This week, we will begin reading the translated/modified version of Romeo and Juliet. Everyone will get a chance to read. I'm excited to work on this with you all! Friday, we will have a comprehension and vocabulary quiz.
BASIC ALGEBRA:
We will go over the quiz from Friday and create some posters to help us remember how to add, subtract, multiply and divide integers. This is a skill we've been reviewing all year, and my hope is that these posters will help you remember better. Tuesday through Thursday, we will be working on chapter 7, section 2 (equations in point slope form). FRIDAY we will have a short quiz.
HOMEWORK:
Wednesday - Worksheet (6 problems)
Thursday - Worksheet (6 problems)
I will be after school on WEDNESDAY this week.
